I am launching a brand new Programme designed purely for women of all ages of Peri Menopause and Menopause.

The programme is designed to encourage women going through any changes in their body to discuss their anxieties, new experiences and more with a group of like-minded women.
As part of the Programme you will learn techniques to help feel more empowered as a woman, more confident, fitter, more flexible and most importantly be able to talk to others who are experiencing similar feelings.

What It Means To Me...
About 8 in every 10 women will have additional symptoms for some time before and after their periods stop. These can have a significant impact on daily life for some women.
Common symptoms  like Hot Flushes are well known but there are 34 Menopause symptoms you may have one or many!
I have worked with lots of women over the last thirty years that have wanted to  find out more about  how they can achieve better Health, Mindset, Diet and fitness .
I am also at the Peri Menopause stage myself so I can personally share my tips with you along with other professionals that can help you move forward.
My passion is to help you feel empowered to take the next step in your life and to make it amazing! Building a community to lead and help women with both online and face to face workshops and show you the power you have inside you to change your life.
