Pilates & Fitness

Having worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years, I now teach regular weekly Pilates classes, ante and postnatal classes and one-to-one sessions. 

TIMETABLE:


Thursday-
ZOOM (Online), 7-8pm
Friday -
Woolmer Green Hall, 9:30-10:30am

Pilates is a low-impact exercise for all ages, designed to strengthen muscles whilst improving balance and flexibility. In our classes we use weighted balls, bands, rings, stability balls (all mat based exercises).

We have Beginners and Intermediate classes available based in Hertfordshire. 
Please note seated members can also join in the classes.

I also run Health ,Wellness and Nutrition workshops to help you with an all round balanced lifestyle.
