Then working with this state of relaxation, I can help you find new responses, new thoughts and new feelings to dispel the negative ones.

Neuro- linguistic programming is a set of techniques that is a way of changing someone’s thoughts and behaviours to help achieve desired outcomes for them.
NLP works by changing what we believe and how we behave on those beliefs. it is as simple as that .
It can help with Anxiety , stress, improve self confidence, control your inner state so you feel how you want to feel in Stressful situations, stop smoking, overcome fear, lose weight phobias and more .
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
Lots of people , me included has been affected by the last 18 months by anxiety.
Some more than others, in fact some people do not even realise it yet.

One of the techniques I use to help people with anxiety is Cognitive behavioural therapy or CBT .
It is about the here and now . It is a type of therapy in which negative patterns of thought about self and the world are challenged in order to alter unwanted behaviour patterns .
Not only to treat anxiety but for many other things too.
To help with Mindset change I record a personalised Blueprint recording, these can be for insomnia,Self Esteem, weight loss, exam nerves, positive thinking, self belief or for anything that you need help with. They are listened to either before bed or during the day wearing headphones.
Please note they must only be listened to when sitting down and NOT when you are driving or using machinery.
